1. Purpose

The purpose of this Policy is to:

  • Establish clear procedures for raising concerns.
  • Ensure investigations are handled promptly, fairly, and confidentially.

2. Scope

5. Non-Retaliation

6. Investigations

7. False or Malicious Reports

While all good-faith reports are protected, knowingly submitting false or malicious allegations is a violation of this Policy and may result in disciplinary action.

8. Policy Review
